Support for fathers, parents, and families rebuilding life after court, conflict, or abuse.

Father & Co. exists for the dads and parents who feel erased, overwhelmed, or alone in systems that don’t seem built for them.

Alongside our free articles, guides, and advocacy projects, we offer a limited number of paid support services to help you:

  • get clarity on what’s happening
  • organize your story and your paperwork
  • communicate better with courts, agencies, and professionals
  • protect your mental health while you fight for your kids
  • start rebuilding a life and identity beyond the chaos

Father & Co. does not provide legal advice, representation, or therapy.
We support you with strategy, education, communication, and coaching so you can move through your own case and healing with more clarity and confidence.

1. Father & Co. Clarity Sessions (1:1 Coaching)

A focused, trauma-aware session where we unpack what you’re dealing with and define next steps.

Sessions can cover:

  • Untangling your custody / protective-order / CPS situation
  • Identifying your rights and what questions to ask your lawyer
  • Planning communications with your co-parent, court, or professionals
  • Strategies for documenting patterns (denials, harassment, alienation)
  • Grounding and coping tools for high-conflict days and hearings

Format:

  • 60 minutes via Zoom or phone
  • Follow-up summary with key points, next steps, and resources

Suggested rate: $85–$125
Sliding scale / pay-what-you-can available for fathers in serious financial hardship.

2. Story & Evidence Organizing Help

When you’re drowning in screenshots, emails, and court orders, it’s hard to even see your own story.

We help you organize and structure your narrative so you can use it in court, with counsel, or in advocacy.

We can help you:

  • Create a clear timeline of events
  • Group evidence by theme (denials, harassment, false reports, etc.)
  • Draft a neutral, factual narrative summary of what has happened
  • Build simple index sheets for exhibits and records

You can then use these materials with your own attorney, in self-representation, or to advocate for yourself with agencies and providers.

Suggested rate: $150–$350 per project, depending on complexity.
Payment plans and sliding scale available.

3. Communication Support (Letters, Emails & Scripts)

High-conflict co-parents and systems often weaponize communication. We help you keep it clear, calm, and child-focused.

We can work with you on:

  • Drafting or polishing important emails (to co-parent, school, therapist, GAL, etc.)
  • Drafting parent statements about your child’s needs and routines
  • Scripts for tense phone calls or meetings
  • Boundary-setting messages that stay respectful and focused

We focus on language that protects you, centers the child, and documents patterns without escalating conflict.

Suggested rate:

  • Single message or letter: $45–$75
  • Bundle of 3–5 key communications: $120–$200

4. Court & System Navigation Coaching

Not legal advice—but practical, lived-experience guidance on how to move through systems without losing yourself.

Examples:

  • Getting emotionally ready for hearings and evaluations
  • Questions to consider asking your lawyer or potential lawyer
  • How to track and document due-process concerns
  • How to prepare organized notes for court dates
  • How to advocate for ADA accommodations or support needs

Suggested rate:

  • 60-minute session: $85–$125
  • 3-session package: reduced bundled rate

5. Father & Co. Templates & Toolkits (Digital Downloads)

Affordable, self-guided tools for fathers and parents who prefer to work on their own.

Planned and emerging toolkits include:

  • Communication Log & Parenting Journal
  • Co-Parent Email Templates (High-Conflict Safe)
  • Court Day Prep Checklist
  • Due Process & Rights Self-Check Worksheets
  • Emotional Regulation in Court Quick Card
  • Father’s Recovery & Reinvention Workbook

These will be available as downloadable PDFs and editable files, with sliding-scale / “pay what you can” options when possible.

6. Workshops & Small Groups (Coming Soon)

As capacity allows, Father & Co. will host small-group sessions such as:

  • Fathers’ Court Survival Circles
  • Rebuilding After False Accusations
  • Co-Parenting With a High-Conflict or Abusive Ex
  • Navigating Disability & Neurodivergence in Court
  • Fathers’ Grief, Loss, and Long-Distance Parenting

If you’re interested, make sure you join the Father & Co. newsletter to be notified when groups open.

Sliding Scale & Pay-What-You-Can

Father & Co. exists because most of the people who need this kind of help are already drained—financially and emotionally.

Where possible, we offer:

  • Sliding-scale rates based on ability to pay
  • Pay-what-you-can for some digital tools and group offerings
  • Priority consideration for fathers who are disabled, unemployed, or facing extreme financial strain as a direct result of court involvement

If cost is the only thing stopping you from getting help, tell us in your message. We can’t say yes to every request, but we will always respond with honesty and respect.

Important Disclaimer

Father & Co. does not:

  • provide legal advice
  • represent you in court
  • draft legal pleadings as your attorney
  • provide therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment

Our role is to support you with education, strategy, structure, communication, and coaching, so you can work with your own legal and mental-health professionals more effectively.
